La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical equipment across the property and guest rooms.

You will perform preventative maintenance, service HVAC, troubleshoot electrical controls, and keep safety and code standards. Valid CA driver's license required; this is an on-site role with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‑year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. Proficiency in English.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Repairs and maintenance performed to the highest possible standard.
• Conducts regular preventative maintenance duties and checks components.
• Maintains and services HVAC equipment and electrical systems per codes.
• Troubleshoots electrical components and controls following standard practices.
• Maintains lighting and supports guest room and public area upkeep.
• Supports emergencies and ensures safe operation of buildings and systems.
