The role requires an AA degree or equivalent and a commitment to high standards, with an on-site schedule and opportunities for career growth within a family-owned luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions, and memos.
• Willingness to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Inspect and repair building equipment, fixtures and appliances to ensure safety.
• Maintain records and respond to emergencies to restore operations quickly.
