Job summary

La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to repair and service plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems at our iconic oceanfront properties.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical components and controls, and ensure safety and reliability of building systems across our clubs, hotel, and dining venues.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains general plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical equipment
• Conducts regular preventative maintenance and checks
• Maintain HVAC equipment, repair electrical components and controls
• Follow standard practice and use manuals as guides for repairs
• Ensure electrical systems are safe and balanced per codes
