The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and OSHA/ADA compliance; a valid California driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and cost-control abilities.
• Must have valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Staff and maintenance of all engineering positions.
• Ensure neatness and cleanliness of engineering shop and areas of responsibility.
• Supervise engineering personnel and training; prepare reports and budgets.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-conservation measures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA and related regulations.
