Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Beach Bar Manager for Naples Grande Beach Resort, a Signia Hilton property, on Florida's Paradise Coast. Lead premium beachfront dining and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Minimum 3-5 years in F&B management with strong leadership, team development, and knowledge of POS systems. The role requires outdoor work, weekend availability, and a focus on revenue growth and guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of exceptional beachfront food and beverage experiences.

What you will have an opportunity to do:
Guest Experience & Hospitality
  • Lead the delivery of exceptional beachfront food and beverage experiences.
  • Maintain an active presence throughout the venue, engaging with guests and ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.

  • Build relationships with resort guests, local patrons, and repeat visitors.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve concerns.
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect luxury hospitality standards while maintaining the relaxed character of a beachfront venue.
Operations Management
  • Oversee all daily operations of Flipside Beach Bar, including dining areas, bar service, beachfront seating, and guest flow.
  • Ensure proper opening, operating, and closing procedures are executed consistently.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate closely with beach operations and recreation teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor service execution and staffing levels based on weather conditions, occupancy, and seasonal demand.
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and service briefings.
  • Provide ongoing coaching in hospitality, product knowledge, beach service standards, and guest engagement.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Assist with performance evaluations, disciplinary action, and employee recognition programs.
Beverage & Revenue Management
  • Drive beverage sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and promotional initiatives.
  • Promote signature cocktails, frozen beverages, local craft beers, wine selections, and seasonal offerings.
  • Collaborate with beverage leadership on menu development and beach-focused beverage programming.
  • Monitor beverage costs and operational expenses.
  • Ensure proper inventory controls, receiving procedures, and product security.
  • Support revenue-generating events, beach activations, and seasonal programming.
Financial Management
  • Manage labor productivity while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Develop staffing schedules based on occupancy, weather forecasts, and business levels.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and outlet profitability.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Control operating expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, POS compliance, and financial accountability.
Beach Programming & Special Events
  • Support beachfront events, sunset activations, holiday programming, group functions, and resort activities.
  • Coordinate food and beverage execution for special events and beach experiences.
  • Partner with Recreation and Events teams to enhance guest engagement and utilization of the beach venue.
  • Assist with implementing new menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
Hilton Systems & Technology
  • Utilize Hilton-approved systems, POS platforms, labor management tools, and guest service technologies.
  • Review guest feedback and operational reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company technology standards and operational procedures.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and service performance indicators.
What are we looking for?
Education & Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience.
  • Beach club, beachfront restaurant, resort, outdoor dining, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience managing beverage-focused operations strongly preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience supervising hourly service teams.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong food, beverage, cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of labor management, inventory controls, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced outdoor beach environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality technology platforms.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and coastal environments.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and flexible schedules based on business demands.
