Job summary

W Real Estate Group is seeking a results-driven Listing Specialist in Raleigh, NC. If you are a licensed real estate professional with 2+ years of experience, you will lead seller consultations, price and market homes, and convert leads into appointments using PLACE systems.

You’ll participate in training, team activities, and weekly coaching, with a commission-based structure and access to in-house marketing support.

• Participate in weekly script practice and trainings
• Collaborate in team activities and 1:1 coaching sessions

Responsibilities

• REAL ESTATE License Required
• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
