PLACE Network Agents is seeking a motivated Listing Agent to grow a real estate career within a top-tier team. You will implement PLACE lead-generation systems, conduct open houses, and convert leads into listings with ongoing coaching and support.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 USD yearly with opportunities for equity and revenue sharing.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with valid registration.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues and participate in weekly training.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team calls.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
