Farther is seeking an Associate on our Advisor Business Development team to start conversations with financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn, turning outcomes into opportunities and meetings for Directors. You’ll manage high-volume outreach, qualify prospects, document your progress in the CRM, and aim to exceed weekly targets while building a scalable sales pipeline from scratch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Enjoy cold calling and building pipeline from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings between advisors and Directors.
• Run discovery to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing, and develop early-stage deals.
• Keep the CRM clean and your pipeline up to date.
• Hit and exceed weekly meeting and activity targets.
