Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our network of plumbing partners who refer restoration jobs in the DFW area. This outside sales role emphasizes relationships, growth, and a clear path to higher earnings.

You will source, activate, and manage partnerships, educate partners on our referral process, and drive referral volume while delivering an excellent customer experience. Training begins immediately with territory ownership by 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with plumbing companies across your assigned territory.
• Prospect, call, and visit partners to generate new referral opportunities.
• Educate partners on Dry Force’s services and the referral process.
• Identify strong partners based on responsiveness, service area, and business fit.
• Maintain follow-up and communication to strengthen partnerships.
• Track activity, partnerships, and opportunities in CRM.
• Coordinate with operations for fast response times and great customer experience.
• Keep partners informed on job progress and outcomes.
• Participate in events and partner appreciation initiatives.
