Drive Social Media in Irving, TX is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to grow our client base among small and mid-market businesses. You will prospect 25 SMBs weekly, split time between outbound calls and live demonstrations, and manage a robust Salesforce pipeline to close 1–3 new clients monthly.

You will join a fast-growing agency recognized among AdWeek's fastest growing agencies, with training programs and clear promotion paths.

Qualifications

• Self motivated and driven
• Proven sales experience
• Outbound cold calling experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience
• Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business

Responsabilités

• Prospect 25 small-medium businesses weekly
• Spend 25% of their time cold calling to book initial demos
• Conduct & present demos face to face with owners
• Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Acquire 1-3 new clients monthly
