Job summary

Waites Sensor Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team in the Cincinnati area.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and help qualify opportunities. Collaborate with Account Executives, learn the full front end of the sales process—from prospecting to initial meetings—and develop the grit and resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline with Account Executive from the ground up.
• Research accounts and industries to craft outreach strategies.
• Qualify leads from target lists and marketing-generated prospects.
• Drive outbound efforts via cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach.
• Set 5+ qualified meetings per week.
• Use HubSpot to log activity and support sales tasks.
