Napleton Automotive Group seeks a Call Center Representative/BDR for our Palm Beach Gardens center. Handle internet inquiries, phone leads, and set appointments for service and sales in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Hybrid and flexible scheduling options, with a guaranteed first-month minimum of $1,000 per week and potential annual earnings of $35,000–$70,000 with commissions. Great growth opportunities in a family-owned, long-established group.

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Ability to communicate persuasively with customers.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all equipment options.
• Follow up to encourage dealership visits and referrals.
