Job summary

Nucor is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market development for the NIPG Insulated PanelGroup with architects, engineers, designers and owners in the Upper Midwest.

The BDM will promote insulated panels to architectural, engineering and design-build firms, attend CSI/AIA events, and travel to cover IL, WI, MN, IA, NE, SD and ND.

This role requires building relationships, researching market trends, and managing leads through CRM to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a professional sales role with experience in architecture, engineering or design.
• Experience promoting products to architects, engineers and building owners.
• Knowledge of CSI master specification and CSI procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development for NIPG Insulated PanelGroup in assigned Upper Midwest markets.
• Promote insulated panels to architectural firms, engineering firms, design-build firms and owners/developers.
• Attend local, regional and national tradeshow events (CSI/AIA) and present NIPG products.
• Travel within geographic markets (IL, WI, MN, IA, NE, SD, ND) to support customers.
• Maintain market intelligence and pipeline via CRM and align with sales teams.
