Demant is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join the Business Development Group. You will streamline operations, manage schedules, onboard customers, and support contracts with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes detailed admin, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, driving growth in contractual accounts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a related role is required.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, appointments and travel for sales team members.
• Onboard new customers and monitor progress and compliance with agreements.
• Answer customer questions via phone and email.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Assist in meetings and training events with the Events department.
• Develop training materials to support clinics and staff.
• Participate in calls/webinars to train customers and colleagues.
• Implement an organized system to standardize BDG materials and resources.
• Maintain customer lists, sales records and BDG data in Salesforce.
• Serve as liaison for internal staff projects related to BDG.
• Manage internal newsletter process from content to design.
• Gather and submit due diligence documents.
• Track customer agreements from lead to execution stage.
• Maintain BDG information in Salesforce.
