Job summary

BD is seeking a detail-oriented program administrator to support US Sales Operations in onboarding, offboarding, and vendor credentialing. You will coordinate readiness milestones, track access and equipment, and partner with IT, HR, Legal, and field teams to keep processes running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree (bachelors preferred) and 3–5 years of corporate operations support, onboarding experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of corporate program administration, operations support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, vendor credentialing, field operations, or other operational support in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities for on/offboarding for new hires, transfers, and managers.
• Track readiness milestones, detect gaps early, and escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor access, equipment, and system readiness (Salesforce, SAP) to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-Day 1 and Day 1 readiness communications and issue resolution across IT, HR, and Sales teams.
• Maintain SOPs, training materials, and stakeholder communications to improve onboarding consistency.
