Job summary

BD is seeking a detail-oriented program administrator to support U.S. Revenue Operations and Commercial Excellence. The role focuses on onboarding readiness, vendor credentialing, and cross-functional coordination across IT, HR, Sales Training, and Legal to ensure smooth new hire experiences.

You'll manage readiness milestones, track gaps, and maintain SOPs while supporting high-volume onboarding in a fast-paced corporate environment. Hybrid schedule with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of corporate program administration or related experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, credentialing, or field operations in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities for new hires, transfers, terminations, and managers.
• Track readiness milestones, identify gaps, and escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor access, equipment, training, and system readiness to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct pre-Day 1 and Day 1 checks to confirm key access and readiness items.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Sales Training, and other teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation to improve coverage.
• Support vendor credentialing readiness and compliance activities.
• Prepare regular communications to keep stakeholders informed of status and risks.
