Job summary

Dematic is hiring an entry-level Sales Coordinator to support the Amazon sales team and learn Dematic’s processes, tools, customer portfolio, and lifecycle offerings. You will manage Salesforce opportunities, assist Account Managers, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads to keep opportunities moving.

This role offers career progression toward Regional Account Manager and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Entry-level sales support experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open, update, and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Provide day-to-day support for Account Managers, including Salesforce administration.
• Prepare pricing breakouts, quotes, documentation, and internal handoffs.
• Follow up on customer leads and referrals to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate site research and scope development with internal teams.
• Balance workload across opportunities and maintain responsiveness.
