Job summary

D'Arcy Automobiles in Joliet, IL, known for award-winning service, is seeking a friendly customer service representative to join our team and help keep customers satisfied.

You will answer calls, respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries, share product information, follow up on leads, and use our CRM daily to track interactions. Hours 8:30am–8pm with rotating Saturdays; background check required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with serviceappointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
