Classic Auto Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a friendly BDC Sales Support Specialist to join our Business Development Center. This full-time, entry-level role supports the sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.

In this role you’ll interact with customers via phone, email, and text, learn our CRM, and have opportunities for advancement within a respected Northeast Ohio dealer group.

Qualifications
