Job summary

The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to be the first contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound communications, and setting appointments to support the sales team with a professional customer experience. This full-time, onsite role requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays with shifts from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM.

Compensation consists of hourly base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, with earnings

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a healthy, competitive, performance-driven environment.
• Positive, driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, calls, emails, and texts quickly
• Make outbound follow up calls, emails, and texts efficiently
• Handle objections and stay persistent
• Set, confirm, and track appointments with urgency and accuracy
• Mine the database and manage the customer relations
• Commit to the dealership's proven process and daily workflow to drive results
• Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Serve as a customer and dealership advocate, delivering a positive experience
