Job summary

Uftring Weston Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to reach out to contacts by phone, generate new customers, and improve the CSI Index. The role focuses on maintaining the customer database and suggesting improvements to enhance the buying experience.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus bonuses. The position includes evenings coverage, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred.
• Automotive background preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Good written and phone communication skills.
• Ability to handle high telephone contact.
• Ability to work with multiple software applications.
• Valid IL driver's license with acceptable driving record.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will positively and professionally reach out to contacts via telephone to obtain new customers and raise the CSI Index. They will produce their set objectives from incoming and outgoing telephone activity. This Representative will also manage, maintain, and update the customer database while continuously aiming to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer in making their buying experience better.

Starting pay for the BDR is $18.00 per hour plus bonuses!

• Help answer phones some evenings.
• Understand and apply etiquette on the telephone.
• Develop and master every telephone technique in phraseology and delivery.
• Keep up to date with company developments.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Call center experience is preferred.

• Ability to work on multiple software applications at the same time.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
