Job summary

Uftring Auto Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to contact prospects by phone, build the CSI index, and generate new customer activity. You will maintain the customer database, aiming to improve satisfaction and efficiency.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses, with opportunities for advancement and a robust benefits package including PTO and health plans.

Qualifications

• Call center experience is preferred.
• Automotive background is preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Good written and phone skills.
• Ability to handle heavy telephone contact.
• Ability to work on multiple software applications at the same time.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will positively and professionally reach out to contacts via telephone to obtain new customers and raise the CSI Index. They will produce their set objectives from incoming and outgoing telephone activity. This Representative will also manage, maintain, and update the customer database while continuously aiming to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer in making their buying experience better.

Starting pay for the BDR is $18.00 per hour plus bonuses!
