Job summary

Keffer Hyundai Genesis in Matthews, NC is looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Appointment Setter who can connect with customers, follow up on inquiries, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

You will join a friendly, professional team with performance-based incentives, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. This on-site role offers earning potential through hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic; automotive experience a plus.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage follow-ups.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Schedule sales appointments and guide customers toward vehicle purchase.
• Confirm appointments and encourage showroom visits.
• Build relationships through friendly, professional communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Schedule sales appointments and help customers take the next step toward finding their next vehicle.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to encourage showroom visits.
• Build positive relationships through friendly, professional communication.
• Work with the sales team to help create an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good organization and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Call center experience is a plus

• $16 – $20 per hour, plus commission and performance bonuses!
