What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional showroom experience.
• Build relationships and understand each customer's vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present and demonstrate new Hyundai models and pre-owned vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, options, and available purchasing or leasing opportunities.
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
• Help customers navigate the vehicle purchasing process from introduction through delivery.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and other approved communication channels.
• Respond to internet and phone leads and build lasting customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively with sales managers, finance, and other dealership team members.
• Stay current on vehicle features, product knowledge, and automotive industry developments.
• Deliver outstanding service that encourages repeat business and customer referrals.
