Job summary

Sam Pack's Five Star Chevrolet is seeking a friendly BDC Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chats, schedule appointments, and help drive vehicle sales with a strong commitment to service.

You will respond to leads, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize show rates and customer satisfaction. Prior to employment, a valid driver’s license is required; prior sales or customer service

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication.
• Confirm appointments and maximize customer show rates.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide outstanding customer service while helping achieve dealership sales goals.
