Job summary

Five Star Chevrolet in Carrollton, TX is seeking a friendly BDC Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for customers. You will reply to inquiries via phone, email, text, and web forms, schedule appointments, and nurture leads to drive vehicle sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication.
• Confirm appointments and maximize customer show rates.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide outstanding customer service while helping achieve dealership sales goals.
