Job summary

Mills Auto Group in North Carolina is seeking an Internet Sales Associate to join the growing sales team. You’ll work directly with customers and staff to advance the sales process and close deals online.

The role emphasizes building rapport, managing the internet sales workflow, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the internet sales staff. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; automotive experience preferred.

SUMMARY

Mills Automotive Group is looking for a Internet sales associate to join our growing sales department. You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Monitor and assist in internet sales process
• Provide training and support to the internetsales staff and assist in closing deals
• Help manage all other aspects of the internetsales department
• Make and confirm appointments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skill
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
