Your Purpose as a BDC Representative:

  • Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining customers by setting appointments for the Sales/Service teams of various Baxter dealerships.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with management team on opportunities to increase business.
  • Use a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
