Job summary

Feldman Auto Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to manage inquiries from customers and coordinate with the sales team. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation of customer information in our CRM.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
