Job summary

Krause Auto Group in Georgia is seeking a energetic, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to be the first connection in a customer's buying journey. You will answer inbound calls, respond to internet inquiries, and schedule sales appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Join a fast-paced, family-owned dealership with a strong emphasis on growth from within. Training is provided and opportunities to advance into sales or management roles exist.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat.
• Schedule and confirm dealership sales appointments.
• Respond promptly via phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with sales team and leadership to improve customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team
• Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM communication tools
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps
• Follow up consistently with leads that are not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity within the CRM system
• Work closely with sales teams and dealership leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
