Sayville Ford is seeking a reliable BDC specialist to handle calls, emails, and texts for incoming leads. You will leave thorough notes and diligently follow up to move customers toward an in-store visit or appointment.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus a monthly bonus, with potential annual earnings of $65k–$75k depending on performance. Work week is 40 hours, with at least one weekend day and one weeknight until 7pm.

Qualifications

• Calling, emailing and texting all incoming leads with thorough notes.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for someone responsible for calling, emailing and texting all incoming leads. Must leave thorough notes on each customer and diligently follow up until customers are resolved. End result is getting the potential client through our doors or scheduling an appointment for them to visit us.

Compensation is based on achieving call objectives plus appointment show objectives. Above and beyond you are paid on each individual sale earned by the BDC team. Notes and history must show that we actively worked the client and contributed to them visiting our store and making a purchase. You will also be paid a competitive hourly rate plus your monthly bonus based on the mentioned Bonus plan. You can make $65k-$75k yearly.

Work atmosphere: Easygoing, with lots of laughs. We look out for one another and provide on-the-job training from manager and colleagues. We will give you the tools to succeed. Must be a driven individual that wants to surpass their objectives and complete tasks correctly and thoroughly.

40 hour work week. One weekend day and availability for at least one night (nothing past 7pm) a MUST. Appropriate work attire and punctual work habits are a must. Biligual an absolute plus!
