Job summary

Wright Automotive Group in Kentucky is seeking an energetic sales support representative to handle inbound calls, follow up with clients, and schedule appointments. You will ensure every customer feels like our number one priority and maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes quick response, strong communication, and using our CRM to manage information. Previous automotive or customer service experience is helpful; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer service mindset with strong communication skills.
• Experience speaking with customers and handling inquiries is preferred.
• Proficient in written communication and professional conduct.
• Ability to read and comprehend information and instructions.
• CRM experience is a plus for managing customer data and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls and respond promptly and courteously.
• Follow up with clients until all needs are met to satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls, gather customer information, and set appointments.
• Obtain and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Adhere to dealership policies and safety standards.
• Schedule sales appointments using dealership processes and CRM.
• Stay up to date on current incentives and sales specials.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls, follow up with clients in a prompt, courteous manner, letting each customer know that they are our number one priority.
• Follow through with every customer until all their needs are met to their satisfaction
• Answer all phone calls immediately, gather customer information, answer questions and set appointments.
• Obtain customer information and keep an accurate database.
• Maintain a dealership standard for response time and close rate goals.
• Schedule sales appointments using dealership approved processes and CRM system.
• Place outbound customer satisfaction survey calls for sales interactions.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings
• Stay up to date on current manufacture incentives and current sales specials the dealership is offering.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Complete daily activities following a scheduled process

Qualifications

• Must meet company's requirements for employment
• Must have valid driver's license
• Previous automotive experience a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Customer Service Experience( Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
