• Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs.
• Proactively follow up with leads, including those not ready to commit or who miss appointments.
• Collaborate in team and process improvement sessions to maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management.
• Utilize the dealership’s CRM system daily for lead tracking and updates.
