City Auto Group is seeking a BDC Representative to deliver top-notch customer service and strong product knowledge at our dealership. You will handle Internet leads, inbound calls, and customer retention while learning and being coached.

This hands-on role requires CRM management, daily task follow-up, and follow-up for customer manifest lists. Enjoy a 5-day work week, Sundays off, paid training, and opportunities to grow within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

The BDC Representative role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, responsible for top notch customer experience and product knowledge. We want a candidate that is an expert in customer service and willing to learn and be coached! This will be a hands-on position and candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department including handling Internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top notch customer service tracked by manufacturer CSI
