Job summary

Lithia Motors, Inc. is seeking a BDC Representative in Costa Mesa to support the sales team by handling inbound inquiries across phone, email, and online leads. You will schedule appointments, maintain CRM records, and follow up with customers to drive showroom visits.

This role offers a base hourly wage of $20 with bonuses based on appointments shown or sold, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend availability is required, with shifts typically 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a customer service role.
• 1+ years experience engaging with customers over the phone.
• Previous experience in a BDC Admin role or other sales related position.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, office software and CRM’s.
• Capability to assess situations, prioritize needs, and implement solutions.
• The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Professional personal appearance.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales team by responding to inbound sales inquiries using phone, email, text, and other online lead sources.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team.
• Report to and maintain an open line of communication with the sales management team to establish ongoing weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.
• Confirm availability for customers inquiring about specific vehicles.

Total Rewards

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
