Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a BDC Support Supervisor to oversee inventory controls at the Bulk Distribution Center and to mentor the BDC Clerk team.

The role acts as the primary liaison for Lowe’s leadership, monitors operations, and drives process improvements across the BDC network. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED with several years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily debriefs with BDC Clerks to review issues and updates.
• Monitor inventory snapshot and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate and review holding accounts and weekly reports.
• Mentor BDC Clerk team and support risk reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with 3PL and store leadership to improve service levels.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with CTPAT rules.
