Job summary

D&B Supply in Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, promote safety, and drive productivity. You will supervise 20+ team members, coordinate workflow, and ensure accurate inventory and customer service.

The role is primarily Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, offering a hands-on leadership style and a focus on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
• Must have directly supervised a team of at least 20 employees.
• Working knowledge of basic warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
