Job summary

Boston Proper is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor – Outbound & Inventory Control to lead the outbound and inventory control teams, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and safety. You will set productivity standards, monitor KPIs, and partner with DC leadership to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of distribution center/warehouse/ops experience, outbound and/or inventory control preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience coaching and developing associates.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound and inventory control teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity standards and KPIs in collaboration with DC leadership.
• Oversee outbound processes including pick, pack, ship, and RTS workflows.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and variance resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, and HQ partners.
