Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a BDC Support Supervisor to oversee inventory controls at the Bulk Distribution Center and mentor the BDC Clerk team. You will be the primary contact for BDC leadership, monitor performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with 3PL partners to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The role encompasses driving safety, managing Pro Orders, resolving store claims, and leading weekly inventory processes. Travel to the BDC may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily debrief with BDC Clerks for status updates and resolve emergent issues.
• Monitor inventory snapshot daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Make DCIAM adjustments as necessary.
• Email vendor RRAs and coordinate DC to DC RRAs.
• Review Holding Account Report and research discrepancies.
• Address SOS performance issues with 3PL/BDC Clerk and inform managers.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service handling escalated inquiries.
• Drive damage reduction and monitor damage classifications.
• Coordinate weekly reporting and collaborate with Inventory Fulfillment, Transportation, and Ops teams.
• Support Pro Order Management and provide weekly follow-up on open orders.
• Conduct weekly inventory snapshot workshops and bi-weekly inventory calls.
• Lead weekly calls with 3PL BDC leadership; travel to BDC if required.
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and partner on pilots.
• Ensure adherence to CTPAT rules and manage exceptions.
• Monitor 3PL Maintenance Service Channel and escalate as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new XDTs and physical inventories.
• Create annual BDC Support Action Plan with BDC Ops Manager.
• Build partnerships with stores and coordinate visits.
