Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Support Supervisor to lead a high performing team during night and weekend shifts in a distribution center.

You will plan and monitor inbound product, ensure accurate quantities for stores, and resolve inventory discrepancies to keep shipments on time. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent DC/warehouse experience, plus strong MS Office skills and a proven safety record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of distribution center/warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a high performing night/weekend team to move product efficiently.
• Plan and monitor inbound product to meet store demand.
• Ensure correct quantity/quality of product and address inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor store calls for shipment dates and information requests.
