A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BDC INTERNET SALES REP

While working at our car dealership as a BDC Internet Sales Rep, you review new internet leads and customer inquiries, followed by prompt responses via phone, email, and text. Engaging potential buyers, addressing their questions, and scheduling appointments are prioritized while maintaining detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Consistent follow-up ensures high service levels, and collaboration with the sales team facilitates a smooth transition from online inquiry to in‑store visit. At New Jersey's largest independent used car dealer, you contribute significantly to business growth and a seamless customer experience.

This sales representative has two shifts to choose from:

• 9 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of automotive BDC experience
