Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, call center, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Professional, dependable and customer-focused.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, internet, text and live chat channels.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding vehicles, features and dealership services.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects not yet ready to purchase or who miss scheduled appointments.
• Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Assist with vehicle acquisition by responding to leads from Kelley Blue Book, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other online platforms.
• Build positive relationships with customers while delivering a professional and exceptional experience.
