Job summary

Regal Nissan in Roswell, GA is seeking a motivated BDC Agent to drive lead generation and support the sales team. You will contact potential and existing customers by phone, email and web chat, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for the sales staff.

You will maintain detailed logs, follow up on leads, and strive to meet monthly targets with a positive, professional demeanor. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
