Prestige Toyota of Ramsey is seeking an Appointment Setter/Call Center professional for full-time Internet and phone sales. The role includes Saturdays and prior automotive experience is preferred.

The incumbent will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with customers, and drive appointments to the sales team. Responsibilities include contacting internet leads, emailing, calling, and texting to schedule sales appointments, then following up with the Sales Department to confirm outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or telemarketing preferred.
• Strong background in phone sales, business development and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and typing.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls, Internet leads and database prospecting.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Contact Internet Customers via email, phone, and text to schedule a Sales appointment.
• Follow up with Sales Department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
