Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, MN is hiring Service BDC Administrators to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-up, and scheduling to increase service appointments and customer satisfaction.

The Business Development Center Administrator will gather accurate customer information, maintain knowledge of current pricing and promotions, and use computer and phone skills to drive appointments, sales, and retention across service and parts.

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow‑up and retention
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer & phone skills within ourInternet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.

The appointment setter (or BDC Admin) utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manners and positive attitude to get clients in the door. Required duties include handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, with follow‑up calls and with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow‑up and retention
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer & phone skills within ourInternet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call‑ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

The Est. Annual Earnings: Range from $35,000-$65,000
