Suburban Honda Farmington Hills is seeking a knowledgeable BDC Service Manager to support our Service departments and keep operations running smoothly. You will connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up.

Responsibilities include maintaining the customer database, staying informed on Audi promotions and pricing, converting leads, and coordinating schedules to ensure a seamless workflow for the team.
