Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Team Lead for Business Development Representatives to drive outbound sales and revenue growth in electromechanical repair, power management, and renewables. You will mentor a team, coach daily, and engage customers while promoting our core services to new and existing clients across sectors.

You will work with Field Sales, Service Center Operations, and Engineering to ensure alignment with customer needs and project requirements, while staying current on

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial roles in electromechanical repair, industrial services, or related technical fields.
• Strong coaching and development skills with the ability to translate conversations into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives across industrial, utility, and renewable sectors.
• Drive outbound prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities; maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Service Center Operations, and Engineering to align on customer needs and project requirements.
• Represent IPS as a trusted partner focused on reliability, uptime, and energy efficiency.
