Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the Integrated Command & Control (IC2) Asia Pacific portfolio. The role plans and executes new business growth, including opportunity assessment, capture management, competitive positioning, and teaming strategies, while coordinating with internal departments.

The analyst will lead a cross-functional team across time zones and travel extensively to pursue opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in BD and capture management.
• Ability to plan and execute new market growth strategies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of international trade compliance and export control policies.
• Ability to work across time zones and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute new business growth for the IC2 Asia Pacific portfolio.
• Conduct opportunity assessments, capture management, competitive analysis and positioning.
• Develop teaming/subcontracting strategies and customer relationship plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute BD projects.
• Communicate plans with senior management and represent Lockheed Martin in meetings.
• Lead a cross-functional team across multiple time zones.
