Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development operations, sales operations, or CRM administration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM for opportunity management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve opportunity sourcing, qualification, stage progression, and pipeline management.
• Own Salesforce opportunity management including data standards, dashboards, and workflows.
• Organize recurring pipeline reviews and track actions to improve cadence and accountability.
• Develop metrics and translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate priority conferences and industry events, including planning and follow-up.
