Job summary

Fantuan seeks a driven Business Development professional in the United States to expand our merchant network, design marketing plans, and secure partnerships that boost order volume and growth in local markets.

You will analyze data, track metrics, and collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to resolve merchant issues while mentoring the BD team to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Travel and bilingual communication may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 3+ years in BD, sales, or business development; experience in food delivery, F&B, or retail is a plus.
• Excellent business negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills; data-driven decisions.
• Good team collaboration and project management abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment; able to hit targets.
• Familiarity with local market and industry trends.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly as required.
• Fluent in English and/or Chinese, depending on city requirements.
